Amazon Mechanical Turk API. Example Creating HIT from PHP

I need to create a HIT using the Amazon Mechanical Turk API from PHP. There are no examples in the official documentation, not PHP replicas or SDKs. Does anyone know how to do this? any help is appreciated, a PHP example will be great.
