Manually update project files on local server? (Netbeans)

I have a Netbeans PHP project that runs on a local server. I have added several files to the file system; Netbeans detects and displays changes in its presentation of the project, but does not propagate the changes to the local server (in another folder). Therefore, the project files on the local server are missing or outdated.

Can Netbeans manually update project files on the local server?

I think you can use Menu-> Source-> Scan For External Changes (if I understand you correctly)

In principle, you need to disable the checkbox “Enable auto-inspection of sources” in the section: Tools → Options → Miscellaneous → Files. After that, the option "Update folder" will appear.
