Appinventor - search for launch icon / launch appinventor

Question

Can someone explain how to start Appinventor after installation?

I downloaded the file and placed it in the folder as indicated in the instructions above, but I could not find the launch icon for the Appinventor editor.

You need to sign up for an invitation. This is only a folder with additional folders. Go to the main page, send an email and wait.

I believe that applications created by AppInventor cannot be places on the Android Market, I know this from personal experience.
