Oracle ERP provides a set of APIs, but does anyone know how to communicate with it? Are there any third-party tools that could help?
Please note that I am not interested in the Oracle database, but Oracle ERP Financials.

You can use the "Get Data-> Web" entry in Power BI Desktop or directly add connection information in the Advanced Editor to connect to the API. There are some examples for reference.
