SMTP server for MAC - any suggestions?

I am developing PHP on my MacBook and have reached the email functionality of the book I'm using.

Are there any good SMTP servers for Mac?

This is a super simple SMTP test server for mac osx. It comes with a very simple gui that allows you to see the messages you sent. Obviously, this is not a "real" server (that is, it is not relayed), but just to check the sending of electronic messages it works fine.
