Xna / OpenGL Fisheye Projection Matrix - 3D

I am looking for a projection matrix that I can use in 3D that will give me a fisheye effect. I'm not looking for a pixhader or something like that that will control the pixels, but the actual projection matrix used when projecting from 3D space to 2D.

Carlos is not mistaken, but you can try playing with the "field of view (FOV)" parameter in the projection matrix builder.
