How to approach a new project

Many times I get lost in the middle of the project, and the project is delayed. I have four projects that are not yet completed, and new projects appear.

How do I approach a new project? Are there any books or websites that will help me understand what I need to do first?

First, we create a database or a static design, because the client wants to see something online after booking a domain? What steps should be taken when starting a new project?

What we do on our part begins with static constructs, then begins with the database, and then coding in ASP.NET is performed.

It discusses design (i.e. creativity and inspiration), as well as project management, but it is worth reading for a detailed discussion of the complex real projects that really happened and are finished. Its both a great discussion of theory and an excellent discussion of practice.
