Does ListView hold getFirstVisiblePosition and getLastVisiblePosition?

Question

I have a ListView on the screen. He scrolled up. I see 6 lines. And when I register getFirstVisiblePosition () and getLastVisiblePosition (), it says 0 and 6.

Does getLastVisiblePosition () really return the first invisible position? In other words, if my test is that a certain line on the screen will not

first <= row && row <= last

but rather

first <= row && row < last

?
