Netbeans Installer

I downloaded NetBeans IDE 6.9 for Windows. But I can not find the installation option. Looked at http://blogs.oracle.com/geertjan/entry/generate_a_netbeans_platform_installer , which says that there is one, also at http://netbeans.org/community/releases/69/index.html says that there is a new function : "NetBeans applications generate installers for most common operating systems."

Why don't I have it?

In Netbeans, choose File> New Project and there, under Project Categories, select Netbeans Modules → Moduleset. Give him a name and finish.
