I saw Rietveld as a solution for the lack of code reviews in my company. Can it be configured on a server internally without using App Engine? It seems to have a bit of Engine Engine application code, and I'm not sure if it can be configured on a simple old Django / Apache installation. I looked around, but did not find any information about this.
Instead of fussing with a port or other GAE emulation, I would consider using ReviewBoard .
