What CSS framework did you find useful?

My extreme disappointment with CSS is its inability to work well in different browsers (and different versions of browsers - yes, I'm talking about IE about you).

What CSS structures are people in, and what are some of their specific benefits? Today I heard about the object-oriented CSS structure, but I have not had time to look into it yet.
