Phone delay does not work

I downloaded an example phone saver from his site. But it does not start. I can not find the reason. Help me solve the problem. When I launched it, you will see

I tried with three "///" instead of four, it worked for me. Try super.loadUrl ("File: ///android_asset/www/index.html");

I used capitals for the WWW folder, which caused the same error. Now I changed it to lowercase, which works well now.
