Is there a difference in productivity between using 20 cans and using only one repacking them?

My program uses about 20 cans (for a total size of about 30 mb). At the moment, they are all added to the classpath for the released version, and all banks are deployed along with the rest.

Was there a performance impact if I unpacked them and repackaged them in one jar ?
