How to handle text copies / pasted from Word

We have a text box that users will enter into reviews. They should be able to do simple formatting such as bold, italics, lists, headers, etc. Our problem is that most of our users are likely to create their reviews in MS Word, then copy / paste the text into our form. As you know, this can (and will mainly) cause problems when displaying data. What is the best way to make formatting easy without copying / pasting from Word?

The best solution would be some kind of filter that takes text from Word and removes all unnecessary or illegal.

You can write an add-in that provides a single button with the text "Copy to view". Your add-in will do all the necessary cleaning.
