Where should I create my development blog?

I am looking for a blog site to host my ASP.Net/C# (and possibly other web programming) technical journal - where should I create such a blog?

By the way, it’s a shame that SO does not offer blogging services.

Note. I would create it at http://weblogs.asp.net , but he must be a very active member on his site.

I would personally suggest WordPress if you want to get up and run quickly. I am sure that thousands of people have many different opinions about what is good and what is not. I like WordPress because the templates are simple, there are some interesting features, they will give you your XML content for backup or switching to another service in the future, and it will connect well with LinkedIn and other services to share your messages and enter traffic

WordPress, Drupal and Joomla are a good choice for blogging if you decide to use dedicated hosting (e.g. hostclear, etc.) and they are all very well supported by their dedicated community.
