Moving an Asp.net Application to a Load Balanced Environment

I have an application that works well on a single server. Now my client wants to move it to a load balanced environment. What things can bite me with this?

I currently know

  • Session state and
  • Car key.

Both of them are described, for example, here , so I'm looking for additional things for this.

These are similar questions , but the first addresses distribute the load as a whole, and I'm looking for a migration guide, and the second addresses a specific problem.
