I am new to web development. I created my site in visual studio 2008, using Sql server 2008 as backend.Now, I want to know the whole process of deploying a website to some web domains, as well as my database in some database domain. I have not bought any domain so far. I also want to know about web hosting.
Please help me. I have googled, but I did not find anything that would give me a full picture of this. Please write me some documents that I can go through or something else. Thanks
