Create your own oAuth server with Zend

Question

Can I create my own oAuth server with Zend Framework Zend_Oauth? For example, I want to create a REST service and perform oAuth authentication? Does the zend platform support this out of the box? >

There is currently no running OAuth / auth server. Some of us (including me) are working to combine the existing Zend_Oauth into a Zend_Auth_Adapter.
