WindowsFormsHost ZOrder

A WindowsFormsHost control will appear to display on top. Is there a way to change its z-order so that other WPF controls in the same window are visible on top of the WindowsFormsHost control?

Unfortunately, no, due to the way winformshost is compiled in a WPF window, it should display on top.

See the z-order item from here .

In the WPF user interface, you can change the z-order of elements to control overlap. The selected Windows Forms control is in a separate HWND, so it is always drawn on top of WPF controls.

Windows Forms Adorner .
