Admob ads not showing - Android

My ads do not appear at all, I think I correctly followed the documentation, but they still do not appear. The program is basically a web view, and I want the ad to appear below.

Here is my layout file:

Any ideas?

Your problem is that WebView will occupy all the space on the screen and there will be no space left for ads.

LinearLayout will distribute the space in the first rule of the first request. If the first view occupies the entire space, the second view will not receive any space.
