Using LINQ to Count Frequency

I have a table

ID|VALUE

VALUE - an integer field with possible values ​​from 0 to 4. How can I request an account for each value?

Ideally, the result should be an array with 6 elements, one to count each value, and the last is the total number of rows.

This simple program does just that:
