Is it <hr></hr>like in winforms? I just saw this line in the icon properties window, is this a control or what? How can I add it to my form? See Image:

These are not standard Windows controls. This is just a panel with a height of 1 and a dark background.

No, no, it's just a label or control panel with a gray background and height = 1. If you need a 3D line, use a suitable border style and height = 2.
