What about CodePro Profiler?

I just read that http://www.instantiations.com/ is now part of Google and that several tools are available for free => This is really nice.

But what about the CodePro profiler? The only link to the topic I found is the following: http://download.instantiations.com/ProfilerDoc/continuous/latest/docs/html/index.html , and this is not clear to me if it is now free and where to download it ,

Do you have any news on this?
