Are there any tools for creating a WADL file?

Question

I created a RESTful web service (I am using asp.net 4, MVC 2) and I want to open WADL. Are there any tools built-in or that I can use to create it? I'm not looking (yet) to generate classes to use them. I am strictly looking for something that the WADL file itself can generate.
