Explorer window, such as address bar

The file system explorer window in Vista and Windows 7 has a panel at the top of the window where you can enter the address you want to look at. When you leave a field, it turns from an editing text field into a field with buttons and drop-down menus that you can use to navigate.

Are there any existing components? How can you build this type of component?

Spy ++ shows that this is ToolbarWindow32. So this is just a toolbar, but functionality seems to have been added to it.
