Azure: Failed to load file or assembly "Microsoft.ServiceBus

I have an application that I want to check. ( http://xxx.cloudapp.net:8081/service.svc ).
I created a console application and added a service link to the service and received the following error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.ServiceBus, Version = 1.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file.

I added a link to Microsoft.ServiceBus from C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Windows Azure AppFabric SDK \ V1.0 \ Assemblies \ NET4.0

I installed all the assemblies in my project Copy Local = True, as suggested here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee706702.aspx

Additional Due diligence: I opened Microsoft.ServiceBus in a red-collar reflector and confirmed that this is the correct version. Just for kicks, I also added links to each assembly referenced in the reflector, and set all the links to copy local = true.

Any other ideas?

When you reference the Microsoft.ServiceBus.dll file, refer to it from the installation location, for example,

C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Windows Azure AppFabric
SDK \ V1.0 \ Builds \ NET4.0 \ Microsoft.ServiceBus.dll

... not from the GAC and set Copy Local to true.
