Does Silverlight 4 meet WCAG 2.0 specifications

I need to create a web application that complies with the WCAG 2.0 specification .

One of the main features of this application is that some code must be executed on the client. I have no way to avoid this (this is an old electronic sign issue).

That's why I thought about Silverlight (and because of the RIA services, of course). But I did not find any information on whether the application designed in this way would meet the requirements of WCAG 2.0.

Any links or opinions?

Thanks in advance.
