Bind this program to a taskbar option not found in my C # application

Question

All programs that I have tried so far in Windows 7, when you right-click on the taskbar, have a link "Pin this task to the taskbar". I have a C # program that only shows "Close Window" and nothing else. It is built with C # 2010 Express and targets the .NET 3.5 environment.

I can not find the reason why other parameters or any properties that I could not change are not displayed. Does anyone know which property might affect this option?
