How can I recreate a table spreadsheet table or sharepoint on a website?

I am trying to migrate users from a sharepoint solution to a website + SQL server. One thing is that everyone seems to like the sharepoint view and the data sheet view for editing and managing information.

which is the best solution for editing data in a spreadsheet. are there any third-party asp.net mvc widgets that are good alternatives.

The Telerik Grid for MVC should be good, but you can consider an alternative to the traditional network interface.

You can take a look at Grapecity Spread, it is a very good component of spreadsheets and is very easy to use and therefore makes it easy to manage and edit information. Spread also supports MVC along with the Razor view engine. You can learn more about this here:
