Does Visual Studio 2010 cause Source Controls plugin blocking?

I am trying to install this plugin on Visual Studio 2010 Express: http://gitscc.codeplex.com/

But I can’t find it in the plugin repository, the "Source Control" category for plugins is empty, is this normal? Does Express release release using Source Controls plugins?

Here is a list of things that are not available in express versions . Version control fixed.

I can’t find the link right now, but Express editions do not allow you to install any plugins at all.
