.NET CultureInfo for Cuba?

I just noticed that the .NET Framework does not include Cuba in the CultureInfo class (xx-XX format) . What is the best practice in this case?

I think the best practice is to create a custom CultureInfo .

Or you can use new CultureInfo("es").

Since there is no specific culture for Cuba, I would just use it es(since it is a Hispanic country).
