No. Although the HTML5 video specifications do not specify which codecs should be used, browsers currently only support H.264 and WebM.
RTMP uses a different codec, so no, it is not supported by any browser since 3Q / 2010. (RTSP is also a protocol that works next to HTTP, and not on top of it. RTSPT ("RTSP over HTTP") can theoretically be supported in the future or through some kind of plug-in, but this is unlikely to happen)
