Winforms & # 8594; Render draggable item for drag & drop

Question

I would like to get the following and searched for a sample / tutorial, but could not find anything:

I have a C # Winforms application that has several forms in one process. I would like to be able to drag and drop elements inside and between forms and would like to provide some personalized visualization of the moved element.

In fact, you have to physically drag the control with the mouse.
