Error opening Delphi XE IDE

Question

When I open Delphi XE, we get this message, and I have to close the IDE.

message:

Danger: stack overflow - keep working and restart Delphi XE

I uninstall Delphi and cpp XE and reinstall them, but already get this message.

Why?

I do not know why I recovered this error message. but I make a new user account in Windows and run Delphi XE from it, I get no errors.
