How to disable HTML hierarchy tracking at the bottom of the screen in VS2008?

How do I get rid of this?

The reason I want to get rid of it is because every time I do this, I move the mouse down to the bottom of the screen, and when I hang on this area, the mouse jumps completely to the top left of my screen. This is very annoying. I really need to get my mouse to bypass this "function", which I never use in any case, and maybe just adds sun to the overhead. So any suggestions would be helpful.

This area is called the Quick Tab Selector. It looks baked with VS2008 and it is sibling IDEs (Expression, FrontPage).
