How can I fix a false date error in TortoiseSVN

Question

I am trying to update a folder and I get the following message in TortoiseSVN:

An error occurred while writing 2 to the records file for PathToFile: Bogus date

Is there a way to fix this through TortoiseSVN?

I ran into the same problem and the cleanup didn't work either. Here is what I did to solve this problem.

• Place an order in a new folder
• Export all items from a damaged folder
• Copy over blank validation

Checkout To Clean Folder

Use the standard TortoiseSVN validation commands to validate in a different folder.

Export all items from a damaged folder
