The difference between cocoa and a touch of cocoa

I am new to iPhone development; I know only the most basic concepts of this. While I am reading, I have a small question: what is the main difference between cocoa and the touch of cocoa?

Can anyone please help?

Cocoa for Mac OS X, Cocoa Touch for iOS. In Cocoa Touch, all user interface classes begin with the prefix "UI", as in "UIButton", "UIView", etc., And in Cocoa, they have the prefix "NS", as in "NSButton", "NSButton" (NS means NextStep, which is the predecessor of Mac OS X).
