Where can I find an introduction to using DUnit with Delphi 2007 or later?

I'm new to using and writing unit tests, but I made sure that they can help me write better code and ultimately save me time. I understand that DUnit is well integrated in Delphi 2006 and newer.

Does anyone know of any good resources for writing unit tests with DUnit and possibly for introducing into a single test at all?

I found a resource from Charlie Calvert that I read, but I am a moving character, and I would also like to see any videos related to testing DUnit (if they exist). Any help is appreciated.

Without unit tests, your code is fragile, difficult to modify, and unreliable. Unit testing is the only way to make sure your code does what it should.
