Uri.net manipulation class

Is there a suitable USS URI manipulation class for .NET?

Please do not offer the BCL class Urior all other manual hacking manners that I could do around this almost useless thing.

I am looking for a reliable library for processing uri of all different forms (relative, absolute, with / without query string, etc.), which allows me to process all fragments easily and easily.

Is System.Uri So Bad? I use it extensively with UriBuilder, and I never had a problem with it ...
