I was googling before publishing this, but I could not find anything on this topic .. but I do not think this is a very difficult question, so please forgive the message: o).
for the new assignment that I am getting in C ++, and following some tutorials. in particular, we are talking about MFC, it shows how to create a project by selecting an MFC application, etc. So, I installed Visual C ++ Express 2010 on both Vista and Win 7, and both times I had the same problem: when I switch to a new project, I don’t have the “MFC” menu. some screenshots from this tutorial, as well as some others in Visual C ++ 2010 clearly show that it might be there. more specifically, on the left corner I have "installed templates", then "Visual C ++" and "CLR", Win32 "and" General ", without MFC.
since these are "installed templates", I think I will need to install it, but I did not find any clear instructions on this topic; from what I found, it should be more or less from the very beginning ... I also found a way to add the MFC DLL through creating a Win32 application, but this does not look like it is the same thing. I also spent some time on the Visual C ++ menu, but did not find a clear way to add new templates like Eclipse ...
Well, I hope that I made it clear that this is quite simple, but if someone could give me a hand on this, I would really appreciate it.
Greetings Vincent
