Deltawalker integration for Mac OS X and Mercurial extdiff extensions

Question

I am doing a Deltawalker evaluation, and although this seems like a great tool, there is no obvious way to make it integrate with mercurial so that I can do it;

hg extdiff -r some_rev -r some_other_rev

Does anyone know how to configure .hgrc for this?
