Good JavaScript structuring in the project?

So now I am pretty good at JS on my website. It includes jQuery (and .ready init as such). The page consists of two parts: the top part is Google Maps, and the bottom part is the input forms.

All of this is currently in one .js, functions, inits, iterations, and all. This is a good structure and all that, everything is correctly done.

However, my question is: what is a good structure? Should I put the top half in one file and the bottom in the other? Or should I put all the necessary initializations under .ready () and put all the functions in another file? Or should I store everything in an ever-growing file?
