Can I transfer the application to another account after his account?

We have a company account for the iOS developer program.

One of our customers wants to place the application that we developed for them under their own company name, but they have just been sent for registration, and therefore they want to place the application under our name until they receive their enrollment, though.

Can I "change" the application to my account after installing them?
