Reset PDF document (* .pdf) to text?

Question

I got a lot of help here (code section) for dumping the word doc into text. Now I am looking for help when unpacking a PDF document (* .pdf) into text? I am using Delphi 2010. I would prefer a non-component, non-Active-X solution ... because this code will be included in my own component.

PDFtext can do this. You will have to pay 57 US dollars and deploy an additional dll.
