Cannot add comments to Gerrit. It is rather added as a draft. What am I doing wrong? Others on my team can add comments though.

Comments are posted when you make them part of the review. Send feedback and comments will be published with it. (You can dial a fix as +0 if you don't have any opinion anyway.)

Click the "Reply" button in the header. Then publish it.

And since I can not add a comment:

If you want to add comments to a specific revision (Patch Set), switch to that revision and then click on the answer. This Patch Kits option is located in the upper right corner next to Download.
