How to use MOgenerator xmod?

I just installed MOgenerator 1.21 for use with Xcode 3.2.5 (in an iOS project, if necessary).

I can run the mogenerator command from the terminal. But I can not work xmod.

mdfind reports that xmod:

/Developer/Library/Xcode/Plug-ins/Xmod.pbplugin

So it looks like it is installed correctly. I also left and restarted Xcode.

As indicated (included in a very similar question that puzzled me), I added "xmod" to the comments panel on my xcdatamodel info page, as shown in the following image:

a comment in this window reads "xmod" http://emberapp.com/jdmuys/images/untitled/sizes/m.png

Now, whether I am building my project, changing my xcdatamodel, or both, nothing new is happening: not a single file is generated or added to my project, there is no new output in my build log.

So how should I run xmod? Is xmod supposed to let me know how this works? Where should I look? Is he supposed to appear in a new build phase?

I am puzzled, and I'm not sure what to try.

Thank.

I added a second line to the comment area with the parameter --output-dir. The comment panel now reads:

xmod
--output-dir MOs

And now it starts to work: it generates files, and they are displayed in the Xcode project.
