How to create a histogram in android?

Question

I have a requirement to create a horizontal histogram that shows a comparison between two values. Therefore, I need to create only two horizontal stripes, the first for the total amount, and the second for the amount consumed.

Can someone please help me with suggestions for creating a histogram in android. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
