Is there a good / sdk structure for positioning wifi with C #?

I'm just looking for a structure for positioning wifi in C #. in fact, I found almost everything I need for a robot project in the form of a frame. even primitive object recognition !!! Now I am wondering if some of you know whether this is, or I must do it myself.

There is a .Net shell for the Skyhook API here , but it looks a bit "basic"
