Is the JPA query language named JPQL or EJBQL? I keep reading about them here and there, JPQL seems to appear a bit more often, but frameworks like JBoss Seam use EJBQL everywhere, and which one one?
EJBQL is an obsolete query language that was included in the EJB 2.1 specification.
JPQL is a new query language that is used with JPA and supercedes EJBQL. JPQL supports all old EJBQL languages, including many obsolete parts.
