Do HTML header tags need to be maintained

Should HTML tags be in order? Or can I have <h1>, then <h1>?

Does it affect SEO? Or do the scanners not care about what order they are in?

I ask because I have a sidebar div that appears in front of my main content div. On this sidebar there are several sub-boxes (for example, a twitter box, a contact box, etc.) with headers; these headers should be explicit <h2>. But the main content, containing several elements <h1>, is displayed below in the document.

Although people respond quickly to the fact that heading tags should not be in order (which is right) and that this will not affect SEO (which is also right), you should notice that search engines such as Google use header tags to help identify fragments of them that can significantly increase (or decrease) the traffic to your site, depending on what information is in these header tags, because this is what people will see in the few seconds after the search.

There is no need to order them in any particular way.
